Returns & Refunds.

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most jewellery items, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging (including boxes and tags).

  • No, personalised or custom-made jewellery cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

  • To request a return, please contact us at support@amemri.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide full return instructions.

  • Yes, customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item, including clear photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5 working days for inspection and processing.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the returns process.

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
