We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most jewellery items, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging (including boxes and tags).

No, personalised or custom-made jewellery cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

To request a return, please contact us at support@amemri.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide full return instructions.

Yes, customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item, including clear photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5 working days for inspection and processing.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the returns process.
