  • We’re based on the North East coast of England—by the sea. Inspired by salty air and quiet beaches, we create sentimental jewellery with a little edge. Pieces made to hold memories, mark big moments (and everything in-between), that actually mean something. Crafted by the coast and shipped across the UK, because your memories deserve better than ordinary.

  • No shortcuts. No guesswork.
    From our hands to yours, every parcel is sent via secure, fully tracked and trusted delivery providers. We use Royal Mail and DPD to deliver our parcels to ensure your jewellery arrives safely. You’ll find shipping prices at the top of this page and you can select your preferred delivery method at checkout.

  • Apologies to our international friends, but we currently only ship within mainland UK.

  • Please allow 10-14 working days for us to craft your piece with care. Once complete, it will arrive beautifully packaged in our signature branded gift bag - polished, and ready to wear with love.

    We appreciate that this timeframe may seem quite broad, and in most cases it may be quicker. However, during busier periods, timings can vary and we wouldn’t want to rush something so meaningful. We don’t believe in a ‘fast track’ service, because creating the perfect tribute is a process that deserves care and time.

    You’ll be kept informed every step of the way, and you are always welcome to contact us at any point if you have questions.

  • If you have selected the option for us to add the ashes to the jewellery for you - we’ll send a secure collection kit with everything you need. You’ll find clear instructions, a labelled premium resealable bag, and a prepaid return envelope to ensure your loved ones ashes are handled with care and respect.

  • All of our pieces are designed for self-filling. If you would prefer to add the ashes to the jewellery yourself, simply select this option when adding to cart and we won’t send a collection pack. Your completed tribute will then be carefully delivered to your chosen shipping address once complete.

  • Yes, of course. Any unused ashes, hair or fur will be returned to you along with your finished piece. We understand how precious they are.

  • When placing an order through our website, you can pay securely by debit or credit card. Payments will appear on your statement as ‘AMEMRI.COM’

  • Personalisation by engraving isn’t available just yet, however it’s coming very soon.

  • Yes. Our lockets can hold fur, hair and ashes to remember your animal companion.

  • To keep your piece looking flawless, treat it kindly. Clean the chain gently with warm soapy water - remembering to keep the urn dry at all times to protect precious contents. Avoid using polishing cloths as they may contain solvents that can damage gold plating. Always remove your jewellery before swimming or showering, avoid moisture and lotions, and always store it safely when it’s off-duty.

  • Yes. We provide discreet mailing kits and track all parcels from door to door, ensuring they arrive safely. We treat every package with the utmost care and privacy.

  • Certainly. Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout unless we’re instructed otherwise. If you’d like your order delivered to a different location other than your home —such as your workplace, or a funeral director—please let us know at the time of ordering and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue and ensure your jewellery is exactly what you hoped for.

  • Yes, we do. Your jewellery will arrive tucked safely inside a soft branded cotton pouch.

    Sending as a gift? Upgrade to a branded gift box and gift bag for a small additional fee—simply select the gift wrapping option on any of the product pages to make it extra special.

  • Each piece of AMEMRI jewellery includes a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. If there’s a manufacturing fault within this time, we’ll repair or replace it — free of charge. While gold plating may naturally soften over time, we also include a 12-month warranty on all plated pieces for your peace of mind.
